In the meantime, I would like to let the interweb community know that I have a large stock of 50 pound sized bags of CaCl2 salt ( Calcium Chloride ) to sell to melt your snow (if this winter season will actually start).
I am in the North East of the US, in New Jersey, but obviously it can be shipped anywhere.
